Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial matters.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and document filings.
• Experience managing large-scale document reviews and productions.
• Proficiency with e-discovery and case management tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file briefs, complaints, motions, subpoenas, and summonses using templates.
• Assist with discovery: prepare for depositions and respond to requests.
• Manage document reviews; track progress and report results.
• Support trial prep: notebooks, exhibits, witness calendars, calendars.
• Perform cite checks and proofreading for briefs and other documents.
• Coordinate multi-document filings in federal, state, and circuit courts.
