• Receives and evaluates calls, conveys messages to attorneys.
• Communicates with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and liaisons.
• Collaborates with Administrative Support Coordinators, Paralegals and other team members.
• Leverages firm resources to achieve results.
• Assists with overflow work and special projects.
