Greenberg Traurig, LLP in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys from outset through post-trial. The role is based in our Las Vegas office, with regular in-office presence required for day-to-day operations, team meetings, training, and relationship building.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities, including discovery, document management, trial preparation, and coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal within a law firm.
• Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsabilités

• Assists attorneys in all stages of litigation from onset through post-trial.
• Oversees organization and maintenance of case documents and file rooms.
• Manages discovery, depositions, and responses to written discovery; prepares for expert discovery.
• Oversees document reviews, productions, and tracking of review progress.
• Performs analytical tasks, prepares witness interview memoranda, and summaries of documents and transcripts.
• Assists with basic legal research using Westlaw and Lexis.
• Assists with law and motion practice, assembles filings and ensures proper service.
• Drafts pleadings, motions, notices and court filings.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state rules; performs cite-checks and proofreading.
• Assists with trial preparations, creates trial notebooks, coordinates witness schedules.
• Prepares post-trial filings and organizes case for appeal if necessary.
• Maintains timely timekeeping records.
• Supports other departmental activities as needed.
