Responsibilities

• Drafts and prepares correspondence and other documents as required, including responses, reports, filings, pleadings, and motions.
• Prepares and tracks requests for information.
• Maintains and manages file organization.
• Monitors files and escalates issues requiring attorney involvement.
• Maintains calendar for trial and discovery deadlines; coordinates and assists in preparation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
