Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience supporting civil defense litigators.
• Experience in nursing home defense, professional negligence, and general liability preferred.
• Georgia state filing including E-Filing; federal filing is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and prepares correspondence and documents including filings and motions.
• Manages subpoenas and information requests.
• Maintains organized files and case disposition.
• Monitors schedules and deadlines for trial and discovery.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
