Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, sociology, or related field.
• 2-5 years of litigation case management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent telephone customer service etiquette with active listening.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with paralegals and attorneys and provide timely case updates.
• Coordinate medical appointments and track treatment recommendations with clients.
• Run investigative searches through claim databases and social media.
• Order medical records and subpoenaed files.
• Manage health insurance and statutory liens.
• Secure settlement drafts and medpay reimbursement.
• Oversee execution of settlement releases and endorsements.
