The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, PC is seeking a meticulous Litigation Assistant to join our Phoenix, AZ Litigation Support team. The role emphasizes organization, multi-case juggling, and timely liaison with paralegals and attorneys.

Responsibilities include coordinating medical appointments, researching case details, and handling documents such as medical records and subpoenas, while ensuring deadlines are met and clients receive excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in criminal justice, sociology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of litigation case management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with paralegals and attorneys and provide timely case updates.
• Coordinate medical appointments and track treatment recommendations for clients.
• Search claim databases and social media to gather case-strengthening information.
• Order medical records and subpoenaed files.
• Manage health insurance and statutorily required liens.
• Assist in securing settlements and medpay reimbursements.
• Coordinate execution of settlement releases and endorsements.
