• 2+ years of legal support experience with subpoena processing and small claims litigation.
• 2+ years of research experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the litigation matter intake process, including opening/closing matters in the Legal Tracker billing system and workflow coordination.
• Independently manage subpoenas and requests for records from state/government agencies and other requestors.
• Provide comprehensive support to in-house attorneys in NSA and related proceedings.
• Coordinate the discovery process by issuing holds, managing collections, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
• Provide administrative support including travel coordination and processing reimbursements.
• Prepare and distribute litigation matter reports for case management and reporting.
• Lead or contribute to special legal projects as needed.
