The position offers collaboration with attorneys, document management, and scheduling responsibilities, with a focus on delivering proactive client service and supporting firm standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of legal experience.
• Experience supporting attorneys in litigation and knowledge of court procedures and e-filing.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Proficient in document management and filing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, depositions, hearings, and related documents.
• Maintain organized electronic files and manage documents in iManage.
• Coordinate scheduling of hearings, depositions and mediations.
• Handle invoices and expenses; provide client-facing support when needed.
• Provide responsive, proactive support to attorneys and clients.
• Work with internal and external clients at all levels; collaborate with team.
