Job summary

Sandberg Phoenix is seeking a highly organized Practice Support Specialist to join our Products Liability/Toxic Tort Team in St. Louis.

This hybrid role balances in-office collaboration with remote work and focuses on supporting attorneys with a mix of drafting, scheduling, and docketing tasks. You’ll manage correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and invoices, coordinate hearings, depositions, and travel, and ensure accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of legal experience.
• Experience supporting attorneys in litigation and e-filing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent proofreading and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in document management and office software.

Responsibilities

• Generate and finalize correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Problem solve, think independently, and undertake projects with minimum supervision.
• Collaborate with attorney team to produce high quality work.
• Coordinate hearings, depositions, and mediations; schedule travel as needed.
• Handle electronic court filings and manage invoices and expenses.
