Qualifications

• 2+ years legal support experience with subpoenas and small claims.
• 2+ years research experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the litigation matter intake process and tracker workflow.
• Manage subpoenas and records requests in compliance with laws.
• Support in NSA-related cases and administrative proceedings.
• Coordinate discovery, holds, data collection, deadlines, and collaboration with counsel.
• Prepare and distribute litigation matter reports.
• Lead or contribute to special legal projects as needed.
