The individual may also handle complex CPL claims or specialized claims (e.g., business interruption, loss of income, E&O policies). 4. The Negotiator: Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with various parties, employing effective tactics for challenging situations.
  5. The Problem Solver: Utilize tools like estimate platforms and settlement systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. The Recorder: Ensure accurate documentation and policy execution to protect the company's financial interests.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of 3rd Party Bodily Injury claims handling experience.
  • 2-5 years of GA claims experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient in communication skills, especially over the phone.
