This role involves investigating complex, represented claims, including uninsured or underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims in single or multi-car accidents, and moderate to major claims. The individual may also handle complex CPL claims or specialized claims (e.g., business interruption, loss of income, E&O policies). Responsibilities include taking recorded statements, resolving loss of use claims, making payments, and negotiating or referring bodily injury issues that cannot be resolved.
This is a permanent remote position within the United States, excluding California, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Requirements include a dedicated home office, a minimum internet speed of 50 MB down/5 MB up, and appropriate workspace and equipment provided by Allstate, including an internet reimbursement of $80/month.

Annual salary ranges from $47,440 to $81,902.50, based on experience and qualifications. A background check is required.
