This role involves investigating complex, represented claims, including uninsured or underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims in single or multi-car accidents, and handling moderate or major claims. The individual may also manage complex CPL claims or specialized claims such as business interruption, loss of income, or E&O policies. Responsibilities include taking recorded statements, resolving loss of use claims, making payments, negotiating, and settling or referring bodily injury issues that cannot be resolved.
This is a permanent remote role within the United States, excluding California, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Requirements include a dedicated home office, minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up, and appropriate workspace and seating.
