Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of litigation docketing experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory role experience.
• Advanced knowledge of court rules and procedures applicable to docketing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements docketing process improvements.
• Oversees daily supervision of Litigation Docket Analysts and Coordinators.
• Monitors KPIs related to accuracy, timeliness, workload distribution, and service quality.
• Coordinates with DOO and IT on system maintenance and updates.
• Onboards portfolios/files into the docketing database.
• Reviews closed cases to ensure events are properly noted.
