Job summary

Foley & Lardner LLP in Orlando is seeking a Manager, Litigation Docketing to lead the docketing function across jurisdictions. You will supervise analysts, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate tracking of critical deadlines and events.

The role partners with attorneys, practice groups, IT, and operations to deliver high-quality docketing, training, and reporting, supporting compliance and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of litigation docketing experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of court rules and procedures.
• Familiarity with litigation docketing software (e.g., CompuLaw Vision, eDockets, ProLaw, CourtAlert, Milana).

Responsibilities

• Develops, streamlines, and implements docketing process improvements using data-driven analysis and best practices.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of Litigation Docket Analysts and Coordinators with mentoring and goal setting.
• Monitors KPIs related to accuracy, timeliness, workload distribution, and service quality.
• Coordinates with IT and the DOO on docketing database maintenance and updates.
• Onboards portfolios/files into the firm's docketing system and reviews post-integration.
• Performs audits of data and generates reports for leadership.
