Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of litigation docketing experience required.
• Familiarity with docketing software applications such as CompuLaw Vision, Milana, eDockets, ProLaw, CourtAlert.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the firm's Litigation Docket in an up-to-date manner to ensure deadlines are not missed.
• Coordinate and distribute daily and weekly dockets to attorneys and staff.
• Communicate changes in judge assignments and court closings.
• Track critical dates and related details and share with attorneys and staff.
• Assist litigation staff with internal docketing procedures and policies.
• Travel to court or related agencies to process filings as needed.
• Coordinate with assistants to obtain disbursement checks for court fees.
• Search cases using software and internet resources.
