Job summary

The role partners with attorneys, department leadership, IT, and business teams to optimize data quality, KPIs, and training initiatives, safeguarding against calendaring risks while supporting cross-border matter management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of litigation docketing experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory role experience.
• Advanced knowledge of court rules and procedures; apply to complex filings.

Responsibilities

• Develops, streamlines, and implements docketing process improvements using data-driven analysis and best practices.
• Guides execution of docketing procedures with cross training and ongoing reinforcement.
• Supervises Litigation Docket Analysts and Coordinators; tracks KPIs on accuracy and timeliness.
• Assesses training needs and recommends department-wide training initiatives and onboarding updates.
• Performs audits of docketing data and develops standard/custom reports for leadership.
• Coordinates with DOO and IT on docketing database maintenance and updates.
