Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; other qualifications may compensate.
• 10+ years of claims handling experience, 5+ years in litigation.
• Willingness to travel for client and claims needs.

Responsabilités

• Manage litigated cases, attend trials, conferences, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Investigate and gather information, evaluate liability and damages.
• Negotiate and settle claims with opposing parties or insurers.
• Maintain electronic files and report to Claims Manager.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for process improvements.
• Directly negotiate with defense and coverage counsel and manage outside vendors.
