Job summary

Reserv is seeking an experienced Major Case Claims Resolution Specialist in the United States to oversee high-exposure, complex auto claims from investigation through resolution. You will drive litigation strategy, manage discovery, and collaborate with defense counsel and clients.

The role requires a deep understanding of Commercial Auto, a licensed adjuster (resident state or DHS) and willingness to obtain additional licenses within 60 days. Remote work is supported, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of claim handling with 5+ years in litigation
• Experience with Commercial Auto is required
• Active adjuster license in resident state or DHS with 60-day licensing readiness
• Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of litigated auto claims from investigation to resolution
• Develop litigation strategy and manage discovery timelines
• Coordinate with claimants, counsel, vendors, and clients
• Review documents and ensure compliance with handling plans
• Assess policy language for appropriate coverage decisions
• Oversee outside vendors and attorneys to control costs
