Job summary

Reserv Claims Analysis, LLC is seeking an experienced Major Case Claims Resolution Specialist to oversee high-exposure, complex, and litigated auto claims. You will own the full claims lifecycle from investigation to resolution, shaping case strategy and coordinating with defense counsel.

You will liaise with claimants, legal counsel, medical professionals, and internal teams, driving timely and thoughtful outcomes while exploring process improvements with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; lack of one not disqualifying if other qualifications are met.
• 10+ years of claim handling experience, with 5+ years in litigation.
• Experience with Commercial Auto is required.
• Active adjuster license: resident-state license where available; DHS license if needed; willing to obtain additional licenses within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigated cases and evaluate the resolution process.
• Analyze auto claims to identify disputes, investigate and gather information, evaluate liability and damages; negotiate with opposing parties or insurers.
• Manage litigation cases related to auto claims disputes; communicate with clients, attorneys, vendors and stakeholders.
• Review legal documents to ensure compliance with the initial suit-handling plan of action.
• Analyze policy language to determine coverage decisions.
• Direct and control outside vendors (defense counsel, coverage counsel, experts, independent adjusters).
• Maintain and pursue required adjuster licenses; willingness to obtain additional licenses within 60 days.
