Qualifications

• Independently manage litigation matters involving liability-related claims.
• Take and defend depositions and manage discovery.
• Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal filings.
• Prepare for hearings, motions, trial preparation, and client reporting.
• 4 to 10+ years of litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission required.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Experience arguing hearings and handling litigation matters independently.
• Strong knowledge of investigating and defending liability matters.
• Excellent legal research, writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of litigation matters, including liability-related cases, from investigation through discovery and trial preparation.
• Develop case strategy, investigate facts, assess liability exposure, and provide thoughtful recommendations to clients.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and handle key discovery activities.
