AppleOne seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney / Associate in Orlando, FL for a full-time, direct hire role with a respected legal team. You will own liability-related matters and manage cases from investigation through trial preparation, while working directly with clients.

Qualifications

  • Independently manage litigation matters involving liability-related claims.
  • Take and defend depositions and manage discovery.
  • Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal filings.
  • Prepare for hearings, motions, trial preparation, and client reporting.
  • 4 to 10+ years of litigation experience.
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar admission required.
  • Experience taking and defending depositions.
  • Experience arguing hearings and handling litigation matters independently.
  • Strong knowledge of investigating and defending liability matters.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range of $110,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
