You will manage legal documents, process data, and support attorneys and the Office Manager; a strong candidate will demonstrate organization, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Able to read and comprehend position documents and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process data to support workflows for clients and Zwicker.
• Provide legal administrative support to Office Manager and attorneys on-site.
• Update accounts in internal software and document status.
• Prepare documents for attorney review.
• File pleadings with state court filing systems (paper or e-file).
• Answer incoming calls and communicate effectively with team and external parties.
• Adhere to firm SOPs and perform additional duties as assigned.
