Adams & Martin Group in Century City is seeking a Litigation Assistant to support a team of attorneys in its Labor & Employment practice. With 3-5+ years of litigation experience, you will manage deadlines, prepare court filings, coordinate calendars, and help move cases through all phases of litigation.

This role offers a collaborative environment, exposure to sophisticated employment matters, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys while strengthening your litigation

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of litigation secretary or litigation assistant experience.
• Knowledge of California State and Federal Court procedures and e-filing.
• Strong Microsoft Word, document formatting, and proofreading skills.
• Experience supporting attorneys in a fast-paced litigation practice.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Responsabilités

• Prepare, proofread, and format pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
• Coordinate attorney calendars, depositions, mediations, hearings, and meetings.
• Handle California State and Federal Court e-filings.
• Assist with case management, trial preparation, and maintaining case files.
• Communicate with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel.
