Job summary

Greenberg Gross LLP seeks a Litify Administrator to own the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of Litify. You will work directly with firm leadership to align the platform with how we run our practice and grow into a broader tech role.

This role offers growth opportunities as the firm expands its tech footprint, with a remote-friendly schedule and potential to build a larger technology team over time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience with Litify or Salesforce Service Cloud in a legal environment.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary admin for Litify, configuring and maintaining the environment.
• Configure Litify objects, lightning pages, fields, and validation rules.
• Build automations with Salesforce Flow and Process Builder.
• Manage AppExchange integrations and platform connections.
• Lead initial Litify rollout and coordinate with implementation team.
• Develop user guides and provide staff training.
• Collaborate with Litify support and firm leadership on requirements.
