Job summary

ASML in Austin, TX is seeking an Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer to install, relocate, upgrade, and optimize complex lithography systems at customer sites across the United States. This hands-on role requires collaboration with customers and engineers to ensure safe, high-quality installations and timely project handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or two years of practical experience.
• Minimum one year in field service, semiconductor manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Experience assembling, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electromechanical equipment.
• Experience reading technical documentation, engineering drawings, procedures, and specifications.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing or related technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, upgrade, and optimize lithography equipment and subsystems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system-level issues.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
• Analyze system performance and verify safety and quality requirements.
• Complete documentation, service reports, and handovers accurately and on time.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.
