Job summary

ASML is seeking an Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer in Austin, TX to install, relocate, upgrade, and optimize complex lithography equipment at customer sites. You will work with customers and engineers to deliver safe, high-quality installations that meet schedule and performance goals.

The role requires a technical degree and 0–2 years in field service or related environments, with travel across the United States.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field as listed.
0–2 years in field service, semiconductor manufacturing, equipment installation or related environments.
0–2 years assembling, installing, troubleshooting complex electromechanical equipment.
0–2 years using data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and reporting applications.
0–2 years reading technical docs, drawings, procedures, specs.
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, vacuum systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, or related technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, relocate, de-install, assemble, and qualify lithography systems in cleanroom environments.
Execute system upgrades, modifications, and recovery activities per specs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system issues to maximize performance.
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
Analyze system performance and verify compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Complete service reports and project handovers accurately and on time.
Support continuous improvement and mentor less experienced teammates.
