Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, de-install, assemble, and qualify lithography systems and subsystems in cleanroom or controlled environments.
• Execute system upgrades, modifications, and recovery activities according to procedures and technical specifications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system-level issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Analyze system performance and verify compliance with engineering, safety, and quality requirements.
• Complete technical documentation, service reports, work orders, and project handovers accurately and on time.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide guidance to less experienced team members when appropriate.
