Job summary

ASML seeks an Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer for our Austin, Texas site. You will install, relocate, upgrade, and optimize advanced lithography equipment at customer sites, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and high performance.

You will collaborate with customers and engineers, diagnose issues, and complete detailed documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This on-site role requires 80% US travel and strong technical fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or two years of practical experience.
• Minimum one year in field service or related high-technology environment.
• Experience assembling, installing, and repairing complex electromechanical equipment.
• Experience reading technical documentation and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, upgrade, and qualify lithography systems and subsystems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system issues.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
• Analyze system performance and verify safety and quality compliance.
• Complete service reports, work orders, and project handovers accurately.
• Support continuous improvement and mentor junior team members.
