Job summary

ASML in Austin, Texas, is seeking an Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer to install, relocate, upgrade, and optimize lithography equipment at customer sites. You will collaborate with customers, engineers, and technicians to ensure safe, on-time deployments and high system performance.

The role requires a technical Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of related experience, with up to 75% travel within the United States and occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field required.
• 0–2 years field service or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read technical documents, engineering drawings, procedures and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, de-install, assemble, and qualify lithography systems and subsystems in cleanroom environments.
• Execute system upgrades, modifications, and recovery activities according to procedures and specifications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system-level issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Analyze system performance and verify compliance with engineering, safety, and quality requirements.
• Complete technical documentation, service reports, work orders, and project handovers accurately and on time.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor less experienced team members when appropriate.
