Job summary

Electrical Automation Services seeks a dependable Press Operator to join our production team. This full-time role operates lithographic decorating equipment, maintaining top print quality and supporting changeovers on a can decorating line.

The position offers a 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM schedule with weekly rotation, including weekends, and overtime opportunities. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and some lithographic printing experience, with strong attention to detail and

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Previous lithographic printing experience preferred.
Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends and shift rotations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
Ability to communicate effectively with teammates, production staff, and management.

Responsibilities

Maintain can decorators to ensure optimum print quality.
Change plates, inks, and other materials for production changeovers.
Safely operate lithographic decorating equipment to maximize production output.
Monitor print quality and identify material-related issues.
Document material issues and work toward timely resolution.
Communicate equipment and production concerns with production personnel, management, and the Director of Lithography.
