Electrical Automation Services is seeking a dependable Press Operator to join a stable production team. This role operates lithographic decorating equipment, maintains print quality, and supports changeovers on a can decorating line.

It is a full-time, rotating 12-hour night shift with weekend work and overtime opportunities. The role emphasizes quality and safety, with opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and maintain a clean work area while aligning with OSHA and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with lithographic printing preferred.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate lithographic decorating equipment to maintain print quality.
• Change plates, inks, and materials for production changeovers.
• Monitor print quality and resolve material-related issues.
• Document issues and communicate with team and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support inventory and supply needs as required.
• Report equipment faults and assist in continuous improvement.
• Work 12-hour shifts including weekends on a rotating schedule.
