You will safely operate lithographic decorating equipment, maintain print quality, and support changeovers on a can decorating line. This full-time role runs 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a rotating weekly schedule with weekend work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Previous lithographic printing experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and rotating schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Effective communication with teammates and management.

Responsibilities

• Operate lithographic decorating equipment safely to maintain print quality.
• Change plates, inks and materials for production changeovers.
• Monitor print quality and address material-related issues.
• Document issues and communicate with team and Director of Lithography.
• Perform quality inspections and help contain suspect products.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Assist in inventory and other duties as assigned.
