Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a dependable Press Operator to join a stable, long-established production team on a 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM 12-hour shift, with weekly rotation and weekend work.

You will safely operate lithographic decorating equipment, perform changeovers, monitor print quality, document issues, and support production while maintaining a clean, safe work area and complying with all safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with lithographic printing preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain can decorators to ensure optimum print quality.
• Change plates, inks, and other materials for production changeovers.
• Safely operate lithographic decorating equipment to maximize production output.
• Monitor print quality and identify material-related issues.
• Document material issues and work toward timely resolution.
• Communicate equipment and production concerns with teammates and management.
• Perform quality inspections and contain suspect or rejected products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Foster safe working practices and follow company policies.
