Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a dependable Press Operator to join a stable, long-established production team. This full-time role involves safely operating lithographic decorating equipment, maintaining print quality, and supporting can decorating line changeovers.

The position offers a 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift on an alternating weekly schedule with required weekend work; overtime is paid after 40 hours and double time after 48 hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous lithographic printing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate lithographic decorating equipment to maximize print quality.
• Change plates, inks, and other materials for production changeovers.
• Monitor print quality and identify material-related issues.
• Document issues and work toward timely resolution.
• Communicate equipment and production concerns with team and management.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Assist in inventory of production supplies.
• Complete assigned work accurately and on time.
• Identify opportunities to reduce scrap and waste.
• Perform quality inspections during production.
