Electrical Automation Services is seeking a dependable Press Operator to join a stable, long-established production team. The role involves safely operating lithographic decorating equipment, maintaining print quality, and supporting production changeovers on a can decorating line.

This full-time position offers long-term career stability within a strong team, with 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a rotating weekly schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous lithographic printing experience preferred.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends and shift rotations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates, production staff, and management.

Responsibilities

• Operate lithographic decorating equipment to maintain print quality.
• Change plates, inks, and materials for production changeovers.
• Monitor print quality and address material-related issues.
• Document issues and coordinate resolutions with production and management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support in inventory and changeovers as needed.
• Assist in achieving production targets and reducing waste.
