Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a dependable Press Operator to join our stable production team. This role operates lithographic decorating equipment, maintains print quality, and supports changeovers on a can decorating line.

The position is full-time with 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on an alternating schedule that includes weekends. Overtime applies after 40 hours and double time after 48 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Previous lithographic printing experience preferred.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends and shift rotations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates, production staff, and management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain can decorators to ensure optimum print quality.
• Change plates, inks, and other materials for production changeovers.
• Safely operate lithographic decorating equipment to maximize production output.
• Monitor print quality and identify material-related issues.
• Document material issues and work toward timely resolution.
• Communicate equipment and production concerns with production personnel and management.
• Assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels of production supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
