Finom ищет IT/DevOps специалиста для построения и поддержки автоматизированных provisioning, SSO и интеграций между JumpCloud, Google Workspace и другими SaaS‑системами. Ваша роль — реализовывать контроль доступа, управлять устройствами и настраивать IAM‑политики в высоконагруженной среде.
Требуется 3+ года практики в IT и владение скриптами (PowerShell/Bash/Python), а также умение работать с REST API и документацией. Ожидается активное участие в проектах соответствия и оптимизации затрат.
Formación
- ≥3 лет в IT-поддержке, системном администрировании или IT/DevOps.
- Опыт работы с Windows и macOS в реальных средах.
- Сильный IAM-опыт с JumpCloud или аналогичным IdP: SSO/SCIM/SAML, устранение проблем.
- MDM/UEM: JumpCloud MDM, Intune или Jamf, включая zero-touch развёртывание.
- Скрипты: PowerShell, Bash, Python для надёжных решений.
- Чтение документации API и интеграции через REST/webhooks/SCIM; опыт c n8n.
- Администрирование Google Workspace или M365.

Responsabilidades
- Разрабатывать и поддерживать provisioning/deprovisioning, роли и триггеры.
- Интегрировать HiBob, JumpCloud, Tequipy, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion и др. через REST/SCIM.
- Настраивать и отлаживать SSO, SCIM, SAML; поддерживать интеграции.
- Разрабатывать автоматизации для обеспечения безопасности и соответствия.
- Управлять процессами в Jira Service Management и Atlassian Suite.
- Разрабатывать политики MDM через JumpCloud, Intune или Jamf, нулевую настройку.
- Вести техническую документацию и руководства по API-картам.
- Ридить небольшие проекты от требований до реализации.

Build and maintain automated provisioning and deprovisioning, birthright roles, and joiner, mover, and leaver triggers across applications Integrate HiBob, JumpCloud, Tequipy, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other SaaS systems using REST APIs, SCIM, and n8n Configure and debug SSO, SCIM, and SAML flows in JumpCloud; own SSO app integrations and troubleshoot provisioning and authentication issues Build automations for security and compliance initiatives, including local admin removal and least-privilege enforcement, supporting DORA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 efforts Manage Jira Service Management workflows, request types, forms, and automations, along with the wider Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Notion Build and test JumpCloud MDM device policies, profiles, and scripts for zero-touch Windows and macOS deployment via Apple Business Manager, including software deployment and OS-level configuration Monitor system logs, performance, and SaaS usage; identify waste and cost-saving opportunities and implement changes such as license reclamation flows Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, automation flows, and API maps Lead smaller technical projects end to end, from requirements to delivery, and provide technical guidance to the team
At least 3 years in IT support, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering Hands-on expertise with Windows and macOS environments Strong IAM experience with JumpCloud or a comparable IdP, including SSO, SCIM, SAML, integrations, and troubleshooting provisioning and authentication issues Strong MDM/UEM experience with JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf, including profiles and scripts for zero-touch deployment Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar to build reliable, scalable solutions Ability to read API documentation and integrate systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and SCIM; experience with n8n or a comparable automation/iPaaS platform Proficiency administering Google Workspace or M365 Experience with ITSM tools, ideally Jira Service Management Clear, concise English communication with technical and non-technical audiences Advanced use of AI tools for troubleshooting, drafting automations, and improving operational efficiency Будет плюсом: Familiarity with ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2, and SaaS governance or management tools; HRIS-driven automation with HiBob or similar; hardware lifecycle tooling such as Tequipy; experience in high-growth, modern infrastructure environments; ITIL 4 Foundation; JumpCloud Core Certification or willingness to certify
