Job summary

Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician for our Links at The Rock apartment community in North Little Rock, AR.

The role supports the Community Director and Maintenance Director in handling resident repairs and preventative maintenance, with the benefit of living on-site. Responsibilities include timely responses to maintenance requests, general repairs, and routine inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Prior property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Paint, repair drywall, fix lighting, and basic carpentry tasks.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful apartment community, Links at The Rock.

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
