Job summary

Links at Springdale is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support the Community Director and Maintenance Director in handling resident repair requests and preventative maintenance. On-site living is included, helping save commuting time.

The role requires responding promptly to maintenance requests, performing general repairs, painting, drywall, lighting, and carpentry, with routine property inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.
• All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful apartment community, Links at Springdale.

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.
