Job summary

Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for The Links at Texarkana, a well-kept apartment community in Texarkana, AR.

You will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director by addressing resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance on-site. This role includes on-site living with an apartment rent discount, plus health, dental, and vision insurance; paid life insurance and long-term disability.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance across multiple trades
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Painting, drywall repair, lighting, and basic carpentry
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful apartment community, The Links at Texarkana.

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.

Responsibilities

Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner

Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs

Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry

Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities

Conduct routine property inspections

Move furniture and equipment as needed

Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies

Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled

Previous property maintenance experience preferred
