Job summary

Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our Links at Springdale apartment community in Springdale, AR.

You will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director with resident repair requests and preventative maintenance while enjoying the benefit of living on-site. The role includes responding to maintenance requests, performing repairs, and maintaining the property.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.
• All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.
