Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Fairways at Lost Springs Apartments in Rogers, AR. You will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director with resident repair requests and preventative maintenance, with the benefit of living on-site.

The role emphasizes timely responses, basic repairs, safety checks, and contributing to a well-maintained community. On-site housing and a rent discount are included as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.
• All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Paint, repair drywall, fix lighting, and basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.
