Job summary

Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Fox Run Apartments in Conway, AR.

The role includes living on-site, responding to resident repair requests, and performing preventative maintenance across the property. You will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director, with duties such as painting, drywall repair, lighting fixes, and basic carpentry, while ensuring unit cleanliness and routine inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.
• All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Painting, drywall repair, lighting, and basic carpentry tasks.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful Fox RunApartments!

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.
