Job summary

Lindsey Management Co., Inc. in Harrison, AR is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support the Links at Harrison apartments.

You will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director, respond to resident repair requests, and perform preventative maintenance across the property, with the added benefit of living on-site. Qualifications

• Experience across multiple maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to resident satisfaction and customer service.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification or CPO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Paint, drywall repair, lighting, and basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain units and amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful Links at HarrisonApartments!

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled
