Job summary

Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Links at The Rock in North Little Rock, AR.

You will assist in responding to resident repair requests and perform preventative maintenance across the property, with on-site living included to save commuting time. The role requires handling painting, drywall repairs, lighting fixes, basic carpentry, and routine property inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus.
• Background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Painting, drywall repair, lighting fixes, and basic carpentry
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful apartment community, Links at The Rock.

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.
