Job summary

Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Fairways at Lost Springs Apartments in Rogers, AR.

You will assist the Community Director in handling resident maintenance requests and performing preventative maintenance across the property, with the benefit of living on-site to save commute time. The position requires responding promptly to repairs, performing routine maintenance, painting, drywall work, and basic carpentry.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.
• HVAC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Paint, repair drywall, fix lighting, and basic carpentry tasks.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.

We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful Fairways at Lost SpringsApartments!

In this role, you will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director in responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance throughout the property. This position includes the benefit of living on-site, saving time and commuting costs each day.

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry
