Job summary

Lindsey Management Co., Inc. in Harrison, AR is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support the Links at Harrison apartments.

You will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director, respond to resident repair requests, and perform preventative maintenance across the property, with the added benefit of living on-site. This role offers an hourly wage, health/dental/vision, paid life insurance, long-term disability, earned PTO, and an apartment rent discount for on-site

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple maintenance disciplines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to resident satisfaction and customer service.
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification or CPO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Paint, drywall repair, lighting, and basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain units and amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.
