Job summary

MarketStar, based in Utah, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its Digital Advertising team in Ogden, UT. You will re-engage dormant SMB accounts, identify barriers to spend, and translate clients’ objectives into high-impact LinkedIn strategies while hitting revenue targets.

You will manage outreach across phone, email, and video calls, maintain CRM hygiene, and forecast account activity. A background in sales and interest in digital advertising are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Ability to manage high-volume outreach and handle rejection.
• Strong written and verbal communication across phone, email, and video calls.
• Interest in or exposure to digital advertising and ad tech.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Revive a portfolio of dormant SMB accounts to meet or exceed quota.
• Execute a strategic plan to re-engage assigned accounts via phone, email, and video meetings.
• Identify barriers to spend and educate clients on new products and platform evolutions.
• Prioritize accounts using CRM data and engagement potential.
• Translate client marketing objectives into actionable LinkedIn Advertising strategies.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting of account activity and spend.
