MarketStar, headquartered in Utah, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Ogden, UT hybrid team. You will engage and qualify new accounts, building relationships with customers, sales reps, and partners via phone and email to grow our clients' segments.

In this role you will self-prospect, manage a healthy pipeline, deliver product demos, and collaborate across teams to hit individual and team KPIs while gaining exposure to the world's largest search engines.

• Outbound sales experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop SMB leads via phone and email.
• Reactivate cold or marketing leads in SMB segment.
• Deliver product knowledge with enthusiasm to customers.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and CRM records.
• Qualify leads and move them through the funnel.
• Meet individual targets and contribute to KPIs.
• Provide market insights from customer conversations.
