Job summary

KACE Company seeks a Team Lead to supervise a linguist team on language contracts. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality and timely delivery, and function as the primary client technical POC. This role includes mentoring staff and coordinating with field supervisors to meet project goals.

The position requires travel to various client sites, strong Spanish/English bilingual skills, and a commitment to mission-driven work. It is non-exempt and eligible for overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or active progress toward a bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience.
• Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency at Level 3 in all areas.
• Must score 90%+ on APOLLO assessments and manage remote teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight of daily operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Serves as primary client technical POC and coordinates with supervisors.
• Trains new employees and conducts quality control on translations.
• Maintains time records, schedules, and project codes; supports downtime projects.
